It’s near impossible to come back from this type of catastrophe as we often try to mentally block it out. Over the years, I’ve experienced my fair share of one year old tantrums and developed a collection of tips and tricks to avoid any situation that could leave me, the photographer, in tears.
HOW TO TAKE PICTURES FOR AN ONE YEAR OLD
- Pre-plan: Find out if there’s a theme, if there’s a no-theme, will there be cake involved – (see how I styled for taking pictures of the perfect twins cake smash photo session ), does the baby walk, does mom/dad have some special requirements for their bubs ets
- Prepare: Arrive early + set up PRIOR to your shoot time, test your equipment and have everything ready with intentions to simply insert baby into your setup. (I’ve totally cried over losing that perfect shot, because my ISO was cranked up from the previous nights reception causing a totally unfixable blown out image)
- Keep it quick: 1 year olds are happy for very brief periods of time, they simply will not tolerate a full hour shoot; heck, be ecstatic if you get a solid 10 minutes!
- Have an open mind: Understand that the shot you probably drooled over in your dreams, may not happen, you have to be able to go with the flow.
- SNAP: You may only get one opportunity to get that “money-maker” shot; you know the one that mom would end up buying a larger than life size canvas of. Don’t even blink, just snap, snap, snap!
- Use a decent camera. While you can try and take these photos with your point and shoot, you are going to be happier with a nicer camera. You will be able to take photos faster, capturing your favorite moments. It seems like almost everyone has a nice camera, so ask around and see if you can borrow your sister’s or friend’s.
- Minimize your crowd. The more people you get that are telling a child what to do, the more confused they get. Keep it simple. One or two people to help with smiles is usually plenty.
每个宝宝都是上天派给父母的天使，宝宝周岁时通常都会拍照纪念，但是宝宝由于年龄小对于拍照不会特别配合所以就要抓拍了，接下来看看怎么拍更好。
那么，自己在家拍，应该怎么拍呢？
一、了解宝宝的成长特点
拍照之前得先了解宝宝这个月的新技能有哪些，才能拍出既有意义、视觉效果又好看的照片。1岁的宝宝手指更为灵活了，除了爬得很溜，还能爬上爬下，基本都能站稳也能扶走，甚至能自己走几步了，所以我们拍摄的时候，就结合宝宝这些新技能来捕捉他们可爱的瞬间。
二、照片的风格构思
准备道具与背景之前，我们要先构思拍摄的风格。如果是女宝宝，想要甜美风格可以选择粉色系、白色系、紫色系等甜美风格；如果是男宝宝，浅蓝色系、绿色系都是很温馨的；想要酷一点的可以选择咖啡色系、黑金色系等。
三、服装道具背景的准备
定好了拍摄风格，就可以开始准备服装、道具、背景了，妈妈们可以先选择服装再去选背景道具，毕竟衣服拍完还要用来继续穿的，适合最重要。背景与道具只需要按照衣服的色系与风格去选择就可以了。深浅不同的同色系是最不容易出错的，撞色系不要超过3种颜色。
如果喜欢热闹的生日气氛，妈妈们可以上淘宝买些装饰拉花气球等去diy拍摄背景。
如果不想diy可以直接买有生日气氛的拍摄背景，但是如果光线与角度把握得不好拍出来没那么自然。
四、引导与拍摄
宝宝长大后越来越不配合拍照，也不给戴头饰，抓拍到的都是糊的！
是的，1岁左右的宝宝确实不喜欢在头上戴着东西，是有个性的宝宝！但是，如果用注意力转移大法，用一些玩具引导，他们可能会选择自己喜欢的给你戴哦！记得拍摄前1个星期就要这么锻炼宝宝，戴上去的时候多夸奖，他们慢慢地就会接受给你打扮了；或者用其他东西引起宝宝的注意，趁他们不注意自己的时候把头饰戴上去。
五、尽量少人群
拍照时越少人围观越好，如果只有摄影师引导也没关系，熟悉宝宝的习性一样可以引导出好看的照片，然而一群人引导，反而会让宝宝不知道该干嘛看哪里，甚至惊慌失措。
